It has to start with the right cattle breed. Ours was sourced from Australia and fed in Lampung. The cattle have to be nurtured with the right nutrients, feed with healthy balanced diet, and cared in a clean environment. The next step is handling the cutting procedure with Animal Welfare & Halal practices to make the beef juicy, tender, and flavorful. After slaughtered and cleaned, the beef will be hung for aging process and packed in vacuum pack to ensure the hygiene & the freshness.
